CEO & FOUNDER - Jakub studied Computer Engineering and coding has been his passion ever since he was born. He is also a graduate of Business Communication studies which gave him a non-engineering insight into business matters. He has 4 years of experience in company management as CTO.
He is customer oriented , excellent at enterprise thinking and team leading.
Jakub shares his knowledge and experience with students at the Warsaw University of Technology conducting various workshops and consulting students' projects.

FOUNDER - Zoe's background comprises of computer engineering and social science, which she studied at the top universities of Warsaw and Berlin. Zoe's professional career in the mobile industry dates back to 1999, when she founded her first mobile start-up. Ever since she has been growing her mobile and venture expertise. Her experience includes positions in top consultancy (Deloitte), several years of R&D and business development departments in Jamba/Fox Mobile, as well as co-founding and investments in several mobile and ICT companies.

FOUNDER - Krzysztof’s professional experience includes managerial positions in top consultancy (PriceWaterhouse Coopers) and FMCG companies (Procter&Gamble) both in Poland and abroad. He graduated in Law from Warsaw University, however apart from pure business and legal expertise he brings also to Polidea a substantial knowledge of media industry, having worked as a CEO of movie postproduction company, a journalist and an independent TV & movie producer and director.

FOUNDER - Tomek studied Physical Education at the University of Poznan, and management at the French Institute of Management in Warsaw and Fuqua School of Business in the US. He has a broad experience in marketing. Since 1994 held top managerial positions in world's best agencies and corporations (Michelin). Currently he is an investor specializing in ICT. Tomek is a member of Lewiatan Business Angels network and co-manages a private investment fund.

FOUNDER - Piotr holds a PhD in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology and an MA in Management from Warsaw University and is currently also a Deputy Director for Scientific Research at the Institute of Computer Science of the Warsaw University of Technology. Previously he was a director of a Polish branch of T-Mobile research laboratory BRAMA and an ICT consultant in the United Nations FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy. He is an author of several books and scientific articles related to mobile technologies, artificial intelligence and information society development.

CTO - Jarek is an experienced project manager, having worked in the industry for more than 10 years. Previously he was a CTO at SkyCash, responsible for successful implementation of one of the most advanced mobile payment platforms available worldwide and was working for Google as a Tech Team Leader and Manager helping to grow its first Polish R&D center in Krakow. A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, he had been also a Head of Technology while at Computaris and development Systems Manager in global Center of Expertise at Procter & Gamble.

BDM Silicon Valley - Arthur is also the CEO of MGE, Inc., a digital entertainment content distribution company. Arthur was part of the team that produced the world’s first premiere DVD titles, utilizing new technologies in audio and video recording. He has also established one of the first post-production studios geared toward conversion of Hollywood titles. As a Silicon Valley pioneer, Arthur was a first mover with digital media products at SONY. In addition, Arthur was also involved in SONY’s first commercial use of digital video for advertisements on CD-ROMs.
