Who we are

Polidea is a very focused company, operating almost exclusively in the mobile services market.

We're growing fast. Spiritually it is however a small company, where all team members are part of a "family". This means that no engineer or designer is ever alone with his problems - a fellow team member is always at hand.

CEO & FOUNDER - Jakub studied Computer Science and coding has been his passion ever since he was born. He is also a graduate of Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School which gave him a non-engineering insight into business matters, he also has 4 years of management experience as a CTO under his belt.
He is customer oriented, excellent at strategic thinking and team leading.

CTO & PARTNER - Jarek is an experienced technologist, having worked in the industry for more than 10 years. Previously he was a CTO at SkyCash, responsible for successful implementation of mobile payment platform, worked for Google as Tech Lead / Manager helping to grow first Polish Google R&D center in Krakow and Head of Technology in Computaris - building advanced back-end systems for Telecom Operators.
